In full compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that we shall never share your personal information with third parties, except where required to do so by law.

If you sign up to be a member of Empato, we will have to store your email address so we can administer survey rewards and send you notifications when new surveys become available, should you opt in for that.

Also, we inform you that, in order to offer you access to the Empato platform, we generally collect the following technical user data: IP Address (IP), Cookie IDs, device IDs, as well as other data points you provide us with related to demographic data, your lifestyle and interests. The data we collect is always encrypted using the most advanced protection technolgies.

Before accessing and using Empato, you must provide your consent to collect personal data in accordance to the above. You can exercise your Data Protection rights, including withdrawing your consent, using the "My Profile" section in your account or sending an email to Empato at privacy@empato.com.
